McKellar Construction is hiring an HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in West Michigan. As an HVAC Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
  • Install electrical wiring and controls for HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and standards.
  • Provide clients with guidance on maintaining their HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC apprenticeship preferred.
  • Valid HVAC certification.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Good physical condition and stamina.
